Introducing The Coach's Backpack

Welcome to The Coach's Backpack.

What would you put in your backpack if you had a new coaching engagement, but could only take a limited number of items?

Each week, The Coach’s Backpack looks at the multi-faceted world of coaching and asks a new guest to tell us what they would take with them and why.

Join us to take a peek inside the coach’s backpack and learn more about the many different types of coaching: business, sports, life, music, dance, wine, parenting, book, health, nutrition, humour, podcasting, running, cycling, rowing, singing, cookery, career, writing, marketing, investment, leadership, relationship, behaviour ... you get the idea.

Sign up to our mailing list to receive extra goodies, such as free tools, offers, further info about our guests and maybe even the odd peak inside their actual backpack.

About the Podcast

The Coach's Backpack
An insight into what coaches consider the most important tools of their trade
The Coach’s Backpack podcast asks a variety of coaches (from sports to comedy) what they consider to be the most important tools of their trade, physically and/or mentally.

They are only allowed to take limited items on a hypothetical new engagement: one book, one tool/technique/approach/framework, one other item of their choice … and a person to accompany them.
