Jez Hunt (belief & business coach)

Jez Hunt is a Belief Coach & Business Coach. He specialises in enabling people to overcome beliefs holding them back from achieving their dreams and aligning their business around their life, rather than fitting their life around their business. He creates a safe space to support clients to explore and understand the conditioning, limiting beliefs and misconceptions they have adopted as truth ARE just stories, and can be changed. As a Coach, Energy Healer and Master Practitioner in NLP, Time Line Therapy™ and Hypnosis, Jez coaches with a blend of modalities so clients are able to get unstuck, get on-purpose and get results to enjoy the freedom an aligned business gives them.

About the Podcast

The Coach's Backpack
An insight into what coaches consider the most important tools of their trade
The Coach’s Backpack podcast asks a variety of coaches (from sports to comedy) what they consider to be the most important tools of their trade, physically and/or mentally.

They are only allowed to take limited items on a hypothetical new engagement: one book, one tool/technique/approach/framework, one other item of their choice … and a person to accompany them.
