Mat has had the pleasure of a varied and exciting career in technology and change over the last 20 years. In this time,

he has worked many amazing people, and has been privileged to have been part of some extraordinarily successful start-ups.

He has had roles on all levels from geeky developer, to CTO and Executive coach.

Having struggled with his mental health at various points in his career, his focus now as a Mental Fitness coach.

Helping people to take away thoughts of ‘Not being good enough’ allowing them to build resilience and strength their life and relationships.

As co-founder of Humble Associates, he works with organisations to bring humility, creativity, and playfulness to the workplace.
